Hackney Photographer Ingrid Abraham has achieved the distinction of winning three Bronze Bars with the Guild of Professional Photographers Image of the Month competition, in the portrait category.
The Guild of Photographers is a highly regarded national photographic body whose members are dedicated to enhancing their skills in the art, craft and profession of photography.
Ingrid is the owner of Candid Creativity (www.candidcreativity.com), specialising in high quality portrait, wedding and event photography in London and across the UK. Born and raised in Hackney, she set up the business in 2010 and prides herself on making people feel comfortable even if they don’t normally like having their picture taken.
Lesley Thirsk, Director of the Guild of Professional Photographers, said that she is “delighted that Ingrid has achieved these Bars because The Guild has very demanding standards when judging photographic competitions, undertaken by a panel of internationally recognised experts from a variety of photographic backgrounds.”
