Following on from last year, Sustainable Supper are back for round 2! Located in a our 18th century Grade II Georgian house, your host will be Dee (from ItDoesTheJob.com) who has helped to make the house as sustainable as possible to run.
Chef, Ekki, (trained at the Michelin starred Petersham Nurseries) will be free cycling, foraging and sourcing as local and sustainable ingredients as possible for a four course candle lit dinner. Think stewed plum cocktails, freshly baked foccacia with rosemary & garlic, 5-Hour BBQ slow roasted pork, and mint and lavender hanging from the dining room windows.
The house itself is special for its sustainability including solar panels, bamboo flooring, a solar kettle, rainwater collectors and more. You can test out our electric bike, check out our reclaimed paint mural and other things of interest throughout the evening.. Or you can laze in the garden sipping a cocktail from our bar.
